Jeans Journey
A ten-minute guided meditation that starts in the body and ends in the world: after settling into the breath, attention moves to the felt contact between skin and clothing — scratchy, smooth, stiff, soft — and from there to imagining every person involved in making those clothes, through the whole production chain from cotton field onward. Consumption made literally tangible.
- Imagining garment workers' lives can tip into guilt; debrief toward connection and choice, not shame (the toolkit's own pedagogy)
