In threes who know each other, one becomes the guru; the petitioner names the guru's gift, asks a real question from their life as if they had travelled weeks to ask it, receives an answer from the guru's highest wisdom — and then a devotional practice to do right now, for two minutes, with the others cheering 'yes' and 'more'. The petitioner may refuse only if it would cause significant or irrevocable harm. Then feedback, and the practice again. Made for a training; the manual asks that it be played with 'morally developed people' and not early in a group's life.

Prerequisites

  • The manual's own: a shared history over time, such as a multi-month course, with a good sense of each other's essence and shadow — 'this is not an early-stage relating game'
Hold with care
  • The refusal threshold — 'significant and/or irrevocable harm' — is the highest of any game in the manual, and the manual's own question is 'will we be led to glory, or to bruises?'; whoever facilitates must hold a stop that is lower than the design's
  • Two people cheering 'more' at someone doing something they did not choose is the mechanism; it is also, in other rooms, the mechanism of something else, and the difference is entirely the people
