To create opportunities to explore without pressure to reach conclusions. Periodically create protected time for a different quality of conversation: • No agenda or predetermined outcome • No requirement to solve anything • Explicit permission to not know, to be uncertain, to change… An ongoing team scaffold (open session), run monthly or quarterly, not as a one-off session.
