One at a time, each person steps into the middle of the circle with a big movement and a loud sound, then steps back — and everyone else steps in and copies both. Two variants change the transmission: passing a new movement to your neighbour each time, or amplifying what you received a little more each time round until the last person is doing an enormous version of something that began tiny.
Hold with care
- Having a whole group copy your movement and your sound is a bigger ask than it looks for people who are new to a group
