Coordination across team boundaries
Most significant work requires coordination across team boundaries. Effective coordination multiplies the team's impact. Identify where cross-boundary coordination is needed: which other teams, functions, or organizations does your work connect to? What needs to be coordinated—timing, handoffs, shared resources, joint decisions?… An ongoing team scaffold (coordination system), run ongoing, not as a one-off session.
