Circle Sitting
Also known as: Sittande cirkeln

Disclosure · what is sharednone
The circle turns a quarter left, closes up until everyone is touching, and sits down at once — each person landing on the knees of the person behind them, so the whole ring holds itself up. Done well it can even walk.
Hold with care
- Everyone sits on someone else's knees; if the ring breaks, a row of people falls backwards together
- Weight is borne on knees and thighs — unsuitable where knees, backs or pregnancy make that unsafe, and the difference in body sizes around the ring is not neutral
- Full-body contact with the people either side, sustained
