A five-step structure for building a scene fast: A defines a place by mime in under ten seconds; B adds a relationship and a status through a short action; A says out loud what the problem is; B raises the stakes by making clear why it matters so much to these people; and then the two of them solve it in a scene. The page says that once the structure is learned, scenes should simply be played this way.
