Bomb and shield
Also known as: Farlig räddare
Each person silently picks two others — one their 'bomb', one their 'shield' — and then keeps moving so the shield stays between them and the bomb. Nobody knows who chose whom, so the whole room ends up in continuous motion that nobody is directing. It closes by asking people to say who they had picked.
- Continuous movement in a shared space with attention on two other people rather than on obstacles

Widely used outside drama as a demonstration of emergent behaviour — no one is in charge and the room still organises itself. Trinity presents it only as a warm-up, and this record follows the source in that; a facilitator who wants the systems point has to make it themselves, in the closing round.
