Be Your Own Angel
Standing in a circle behind a chair-back or pillow, eyes closed, a guided meditation asks each person for a way of being to leave behind and one to step into; when it feels right, they name what they are stepping out of, step over the barrier naming what they are stepping into, and greet the others as that self. Given as a group-led gift at a 2017 leadership training, with live music the first time.
