Chairs in a circle, one fewer than people; whoever stands in the middle says something true — left-handed, uneasy about their height, attracted to someone in this room — and asks 'anybody else?', and everyone for whom it is true crosses to a new seat. Playful or deep depending entirely on how the facilitator frames it with their own first example.

Hold with care
  • Standing up is the disclosure; the manual asks people to lean into their edge while honouring themselves, and the facilitator's demonstration sets how far that goes
  • Involves rushing between chairs — the Go! and I Feel You variations remove the scramble and suit both vulnerable topics and people who cannot dash
