Peer consulting in trios, ~10 minutes per person: the client shares a challenge and question, turns their back (or turns off video), and listens while the two consultants generate ideas unconstrained by the client's reactions; then the client reflects back what was useful. Three rounds and everyone has been helped and has helped.
