The Single-Task Moment
A seconds-scale daily micro-practice for Presence (VCoL collection): Choose a brief activity, even just 30 seconds. Decide to give it your full attention. When your mind wanders, gently return to the present activity. If you are listening, just listen. If you are reading, just read. Practised many times a day, with a brief evening reflection, until the move becomes automatic.
