Regular long-term reflection sessions
To step back from immediate work and consider longer time horizons. Dedicate 60-90 minutes to a session focused on longer-term perspective, addressing questions at multiple scales: Team direction: Where do we want to be in one year? Three years? Are our current activities… An ongoing team scaffold (reflection session), run quarterly or semi-annually, not as a one-off session.
