Quarterly purpose reflection dialogue
To keep the team's sense of purpose alive and connected to daily work. Once per quarter, dedicate 60-90 minutes to a structured dialogue focused on team purpose. Address questions such as: • What is our team's core purpose—the fundamental reason we exist? • How does our work… An ongoing team scaffold (dialogue session), run quarterly, not as a one-off session.
