Perspective mapping dialogues
To surface and explore the structure of different perspectives on a shared issue. When facing a significant decision where different views exist, use a structured mapping process exploring five dimensions of each perspective: 1. What problem is most important? 2. What values are at stake?… An ongoing team scaffold (dialogue session), run for significant decisions, not as a one-off session.
