Meeting check-ins
To help team members arrive mentally and emotionally at the meeting. Begin meetings with a brief check-in round. Each person shares briefly in response to a simple prompt: • 'How are you arriving today?' • 'What's one word that describes your state right now?' • 'What's on your… An ongoing team scaffold (meeting element), run each meeting, not as a one-off session.
