Everyday Creative Practice
Choosing one creative activity that gives you relaxation, enjoyment and fun — drawing, music, writing, movement, crafts — practising it regularly, and deliberately exploring where it can cross into your work: where might play, metaphor or imagination reframe how you approach a task, a meeting, a stuck problem? The practice treats imagination as generative power, not decoration.

The lightest record in the Acting set, kept honest: the Phase 2 entry is an invitation with evidence context (arts in healthcare, flow, active citizenship) rather than a stepped exercise. Facilitated arts-based group methods deserve their own future records from dedicated sources.
