Cultural Awareness
Builds the ability to communicate across national, ethnic, organisational and generational cultures — the guide treats all four as culture, not just the first two. Participants work their own cultural defaults and where those defaults would misread someone else, in service of organising across difference rather than as a diversity exercise.
