BEYOND — Climate & Environmental Leadership Programme

Leadership program driving sustainability from within: decision-makers cultivate mindfulness and compassion, build new habits, and collaborate on common purpose. Piloted with 100 EU leaders (Parliament, Council, Commission); preliminary findings include increased nature connectedness, climate agency and wellbeing, reduced climate anxiety, and links between compassion and pro-environmental behaviour.
